Issue: Paneling material could not be reliably supported by the specified installation system. Construction Schedule was behind by 4 weeks.
Solution: The Railset Web. Supporting the panels on the vertical and horizontal kept the panels from cupping or bowing. Railset’s framework eliminated the time consuming step of prepping the drywall.
The preassembled frames could be installed at the rate of 300sf per man hour. Working in parallel, the shop crew assembled frames while the installation team attached the hardware and the panels.
Closing date met with all 5,000sf of paneling installed without one item on the punch list!
